Small Group Training Classes are created by our staff for small groups (5-10 participants) for a fun, cost-effective and efficient way to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Small groups allow some individual customization of the exercises and correction of performance.

Being designed by our staff and not pre-packaged from the web or a DVD allows our classes to be adapted to the goals, abilities and likes of our participants.

New participants will meet with one of our trainers to determine the best level for their needs and abilities. A quick and painless screening will assist us with your placement.

Plan your personal month of classes! Select the class type and time to provide variety as well as meet your fitness goals. If you need guidance in determining which classes are best for you, one of our personal trainers will be glad to assist in your selection.

Get your workout done first thing in the morning! Join us in this fun-filled circuit, weight training class.  Sculpt your body while learning proper body alignment and form.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is beneficial to everyone regardless of age and physical ability.  This program is designed to enhance muscle strength and build stamina, while increasing balance and stability to aid in fall prevention.  Improved flexibility and posture are added benefits through regular practice.   We are excited to bring an additional mind-body program  assisting our members with stress reduction, increased relaxation and the promoting longevity.

Yoga Chair

Relieve stress and connect your mind and body.Chair yoga is a gentle practice using chairs for seated or supported standing poses. If you have found traditional yoga a challenge, this class is designed for you! Gentle and restorative yoga to find relief from the stress and hustle of the day.Join us as we reconnect our breath, mind and bodies to experience calm and peace.
