Small Group Training Classes are created by our staff for small groups (<10 participants) for a fun, cost-effective and efficient way to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Small groups allow some individual customization of the exercises and correction of performance.

Supervised Training Program was designed for people who do not need the constant attendance of a trainer but do want or need the benefits of a personalized health assessment, program design and regular supervision of their program. This is ideal for people not familiar with exercising in a gym environment but still want to enjoy the health benefits of exercise.
This program helps ensure effective performance on the participants’ part, correct technique for injury prevention and that exercise changes are made as clients improve.
Fitness RX is a specialized program at HealthFit to help people with medical conditions improve their health, control their health risk and improve their quality of life. People can be admitted into this 10-week program by physician referral or can register on their own.
Our Exercise is Medicine credentialed staff provides expert assessment, program development and ongoing supervision and assistance so that program members achieve their goals safely.
